MDF toilet seat is a wooden decoration material, which is called MDF in Chinese. MDF toilet seat is made of wood, branches and other objects soaked in water, broken and pressed. The MDF is an artificial board made of wood fiber or other plant fibers with urea formaldehyde resin or other applicable adhesives. MDF is used for furniture. The density of MDF is about 0.4 ~ 0.8 g / cubic centimeter.

The proportion of MDF toilet seat is larger than that of wood. The fibers are well intertwined and have no directionality. It is relatively soft in wet state. After heating, MDF has great plasticity due to the softening of lignin and other components that play an adhesive role between fibers and the softening of the fiber itself.
