A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

A: We have moq 300pcs for customized design. For our available design, we have moq 100pcs.mix designs also welcome.

A: Sample needs 5-7 days, mass production time needs 45-60 days for order quantity more than 2000pcs.

We are near shanghai, we usually ship from shanghai port, or any other port in China is ok.

A: Yes, we offer 3 years warranty to our products. Any defective toilet seat due to our reason will be fully paid to you with detail pictures.

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 3%.
Secondly,during the guarantee period, we will send new toilet seats with new order for small quantity.
For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.

A: We offer all our clients common trading terms, including EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP,CNF.
Prices based on customers’ requested trading terms are normally answered within 24 hours of quote requests.

A: Our standard payment term is T/T.
However for our long term customer we can flexibly change to L/C, or D/P, D/A.
